I thank God for all I've been given

After a long, rough day at school & work, this is what I came home to in the mail. My friend of 10 years, Emily, made it for me. Made my day! I am truly blessed by God with the friends He has provided for me my entire life. I am so thankful!

I've recently started practicing my spanish more. Mainly when I'm talking to Johanna, or leaving comments on facebook. haha But I am learning new things, and also learning that I actually know more spanish than I thought I did. However, I still feel like a retarded white person when I try to verbally speak the language. haha

I am behind. I had a feeling it would happen. It's kinda one of those issues in my life where it has to happen in order for me to fully realize what's required of me in order to stay on top of things. Johanna and I are planning on getting together this weekend in order to accomplish lots and lots of homework & reading. Yayy.

It should be a fun weekend with friends, homework, church, and even a free Jeremy Camp concert. I am mucho excited. Friday night @ 6pm could not get here any quicker. Pray for me tomorrow as I am working. It's been an exhausting work week.

I cannot believe that there is only one week left in January 2009. How insane is that? I can already tell that this year is going to flyyy by! 2 weeks of school down, 14 to go!
